Aviary Club of Nigeria has announced the launch of its Mid-West, North-America branch, Buckeye Aviary which the club says comes with assertiveness, experience and nationwide impact, Thecitypulsenews reports.
According to a statement from the North America Province of the club, Buckeye Aviary will offer the needed link to bring other branches of the club in the mid-west alive.
Buckeye is equipped with experienced individuals with many years of leadership in the avian world. The President and the Vice President of Buckeye have a combined 61years experience in the group.
Speaking at the Launch in Columbus, Ohio, the Global President of the Club, Bidemi Agbaje said, “Buckeye Aviary is an important arm of the North America Province. It will play a central role in the expansion program of the club here in the United states”.
He added that the club have adapted its strength to positively impact on the American society, meet some basic needs of the less privileged in the society.
The North America Province President of the Club, Akin Ijieteme pointed out that the launch of Buckeye Aviary will open the doors for cross pollination of ideas within the midwest zone of the club, thus, giving individuals within the aviary world an avenue to improve their living standards.
Dan Alo, the newly sworn-in President of Buckeye Aviary in his closing remarks promised to make the new branch the envy of all Aviaries in the North America Province.
The occasion which attracted dignitaries from the Aviaries across the globe was greeted with pomp and pageantry.
