The trial judge fixed the date for ruling after counsels to all accused persons argued their separate bail applications which were opposed by the prosecuting counsel, Mr. Shuaibu Labaran.Earlier, counsels to the accused person, prayed the court to dismiss the counter-affidavit the prosecution filed against their clients.

They dismissed the concern raised by the prosecution that their clients would constitute a threat to national security if released on bail.
