Sunday was a memorable day in the life of this couple when they officially unveiled Phase 1 of Metro & Castles Homes Estate around Sangotedo area in Lekki, Lagos State.
The houses in the phase 1 estate has been fully purchased by subscribers, it is sold for N36million which is relatively cheap compare to other houses in that axis. They are built in Duplex form with 3 major rooms and 1 extra room for visitors.
While speaking to Mr Abdul during the unveiling, he said having a shelter is not a ‘luxury but necessity’, he said once you have a good job and you are credit worthy you should have a home to yourself, based on this fact is the reason why Metro & Castles is all out to build affordable houses for people out there in a serene environment with good social amenities, like gym, swimming pool, playground for children etc.
He also revealed that SunTrust and Keystone bank are there major partners on the project but the company also market by themselves.
Another good thing the CEO mention is that subscribers can pay within the space of 36months I.e 3years with initial 40% deposit and that they plan to extend it to 5years as time goes on.
