The medium reports that Nnamdi Kanu;who holds dual British citizenship has been involved in a running battle with the Nigerian government over his secessionist ideologies. Equally important, the IPOB leader is the director of a UK registered radio station named Radio Biafra.

Chiefly, he has deployed the medium in his attacks against the Nigerian government.

Significantly, he was arrested on treason charges in Lagos, Nigeria on October 14, 2015. Subsequently, he was detained for more than a year, despite various court orders that ruled for his release. However, he was eventually released on bail in April 2017.

Thereafter, Nnamdi Kanu fled the country and has hardly returned since then.

Meanwhile, the allegation by Kemi Olunloyo has not gone down well with a cross-section of fans of the IPOB leader. In fact, many of them wasted no time in attacking the controversial journalist on Twitter. On the other hand, another school of thought has defended her; even as they claimed that Nnamdi Kanu; who was one of those behind the rumours of President Muhammadu Buhari being cloned; was being served a taste of his medicine.

By the same token, the allegation by Kemi Olunloyo holds that the IPOB may have a body double.

Indeed, the controversy generated by her revelation is bound to add more spice to Nnamdi Kanu’s proposed broadcast. Likewise, many of his followers have urged Nigerians to look out for the session.

Nonetheless, the subject has continued to generate a heated debate online. Below are a cross-section of the tweets as put together by our source
