The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Enoch Adeboye on Friday visited President Muhammadu Buhari in London.
Adeboye putting on a black native was seen sitting with the ailing president who was spotted reading the former’s biography, which he recently launched.
Buhari traveled to the United Kingdom over 100 days ago to treat unknown ailment.
During the visit President Muhamnadu Buhari thanked the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, RCCG, for his prayers for him.
The President who took to his twitter handle wrote: “I thank Pastor Adeboye for visiting today, and for his prayers and good wishes. May God continue to bless him and his work.”
After initially spending over 50 days on medical vacation in London, the President had in May returned to the United Kingdom, UK, for follow-up medical check-up and is yet to return.
Adeboye’s visit is coming barely 24 hours after the Senate President, Bukola Saraki and his House of Representative counterpart, Yabubu Dogara also visited the president.
Speaking after their trip to London, Dogara urged Nigerians to continue to pray and offer thanks for answered prayer for the safe return of President Buhari.
“Today we visited His Excellency, President Muhammadu Buhari. I am glad that he is doing well.”
“His health has improved tremendously. I urge all Nigerians to continue to pray and offer thanks to God for answered prayers and for the safe return of Mr. President.”
